OVER CROWDED CHURCH
It is quite naturally to feel happier when you think you command a greater audience than your competitors. It gives some inward satisfaction. But such satisfaction could not be termed spiritual but canal. Such so large congregation hardly meetbthe yearnings of worshippers

This is why it bothers me when I think of why pastors like large congratulations that they virtually cannot relate with individually.
Who is a pastor? The best anology in the Bible is that of a Sheppard. If a pastor is a shepherd, then he is supposed to have very intimate relationship with his flock. But very unfortunately the large crowd pastor is only seen in the pulpit. When a member of the flock needs private prayers or counseling, the supposed pastor send a church worker. Then how is the pastor truly a Sheppard?
Jesus said a true Sheppard knows the voice of the sheep. But today how many of the large crowd pastors actually know where their sheep stay? How many know their problems?
Pastoring is not a one man show, neither is it measures by crowd. A true pastor is one who knows and shares in the problem of the sheep. To do this, a hundred members is enough for any local church. Involve more hands, and get the congregation the benefits of a Sheppard--sheep relationship.
  Be true to the end.

Those who don't believe in miracles may not make heaven

To be qualify for heaven, the believer must believe the Father, the Son and the Holy ghost in the same proportion. This means none must be honoured less than the other.
In the Old convenant only the Father was revealed to the sons of men. And every worshipper of God was expected to believe only in the Father (Ex. 20)
While Jesus was here, His major duty was to tell the Israelites that apart from believing in the Father, they needed to believe also in him the Son. Believing in Son was important because he is the one that addresses the issue of sin. Though the Israelites believed the Father, yet they were unable to refrain from sin. Until they believe in the Son, they could not get the benefit of the Son (matt 1:21; jn 1:1)
Also believing also means that the believer would honour him the same way they honour the Father ( jn 5:23)
Before Jesus left, he gave a promise of the Holy ghost (jn 16: 7-15), and categorically stated that the Christians of the last day must all be baptized in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy ghost. To baptized means to be emersed in, to have fellowship with, and to honour. Besides Jesus categorically stated also that the Christians must manifest some signs which only the Holy ghost gives ( Matt 28:19; mk 16:17). Any believer who lacks these signs does not believe in the Holy ghost. Apart from preaching, healing, raising the dead, etc  are things every believer must do ( Matt 10:7)
Remember how Jesus commended those who believed in what he could do. That is the same way the Holy ghost will recommend those who believe in him by confirming their words with miracles and helping them make the rapture. in fact Jesus said sin against the Son could be forgiven but not sin against the Holy ghost. Sin here is unbelief. remember without faith it is impossible to please God ( Matt 12: 25-37; Heb 11:6)
Conclusively, those who take the Son or the Holy ghost as inferior to the Father may miss heaven. Your constructive comments are welcome.

Stop blessing sinners
'they say still unto them that despise me, the Lord hath said, ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.' (jer 23:17)
The mistake most pastor make today is the assumption that everyone in church is a child of God, and particular the so called grace pastors. Whenever they try to disapprove the people the call sin conscious pastors, they turn to their members and say to them ''yoy are the righteousness of God. I am not a sinner. Say it.' and the members will echo same. Yet in that congregation are ritual killers, armed robbers, prostitutes, etc.
When a pastor preaches any message, he/ she is supposed to clarify who the message are meant for. Everyone in church did not come to worship. Some are there to steal, snatch people's wives/ husbands. Even child stealers are there to. Don't be over interested in tithe and offering because God does not major in those. Learn to say the hard truth, and stop blessings sinners.

"as the partridge sits on eggs, and hatches them not; so he that gets riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.' (jer. 17:11). Stay saved. Jesus is coming soon.
