What do the pastors mean?

What really do our pastors mean when they say words like
? The fastest growing church
? The most read daily devotional
? The world largest church auditorium
? The most attended crusade ever
What do they have in mind?

Understanding the parable of the Wheat and Tares

Watch your pastor
Many children of God are still blindly following their pastors in the spite of their glaring substandard lives because they feel if their pastors had actually done what was wrong, God should have acted. Such Christians say such things because they do not understand the parable of the wheat and tares in Matt 13:24-30. God is practically incapacitated, so to speak, when it comes to judging people who  some very large number of people have taken as a man of God, even when the person is an anti-christian. God is incapacitated because some of his children who ignorantly take such pastors as model.
Look closely at the Lord response in verse  28, "he said unto them, an enemy must have done this." The Lord was quite aware that the enemy had planted the fake pastors, yet when the servants requested for the needful: to uproot it, the Lord said " nay; lest while ye  gather up the tares, yet root up also the wheat with them."
The lord was more concerned about the wheat. How would he judge those fake pastors without offending some of the children. If your father is an ocult pastor and God decides to kill him without you knowing your father was occultic, won't you be offended?
That is why I say that God is handicapped. It was easier for God to destroy Pharaoh than it was to destroy Judas Iscariot.
Your pastors being allowed to live in spite of doing despite to the spirit of Grace could just be for you. So don't learn his evil ways. Remain saved

Our pastors need to do this

What more we need from our pastors
Whenever our pastors claim to teach the Kingdom principles, only one thing they majorly refer to. That is the principle of giving. But a close look at those who are actually successful among the church folk will reveal that the pastors actually told them more than he tells the congregation. Take for instance the pastor's child, if giving is the only thing needed to be rich while then does their fathers pay their school fees, and even send them to overseas for studies? If giving is truly all needed,  pastor's children should simply make that a profession and forget education.
Even some times, pastors go to the extent of handing over a loved one to an employer for a good employment. Yet they sometimes tell their congratulations that where they work is not important.
Do I mean that giving is not a kingdom principle? Far be from it. What I mean to say is that pastors need to do more; they need to be more practical to their flocks. Sometimes they dwell so much on theory until the congregation is practically confused. Is that really how they handle their ward's carriers, education or mentorship? I don't think so.
Just last year, for instance, some churches were alleged to have lost millions in MMM. But assuming MMM was really a good investment opportunity, how many pastors who knew about it would tell openly their congratulations about it? The best many pastors would do was to tell a few of their close friends. Yet they are teaching prosperity principle.
Our pastors surely need to do more. Instead of gathering crowd every week for prayer and fasting, tell the brethren what to do. Tell them about the business you or your son is doing. How long did your own son had to fast to gain employment?
But quite pathetic, some pastors tell their congratulations about their business only when it is networking, the one they would benefit from. If we can't be truthful to our congregation, let's go home.

Reconciliation

'and he arose, and and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran , and fell on his neck, and kissed him.' (Lk 15:20)
The above scripture is clearly a reflection of the mind God expects of his true children. If the Bible says we are co-labourers with God, I think what that means is that we are in the same business with God. Every believer knows that God's number one agenda is to see those who do not love and honour him in the interim would one day return to become his friends
No wonder there is always joy in heaven when one sinner repents, when once an enemy of God suddenly becomes his friend.
Another peculiar thing about God is that he sees a potential friend in every 'enemy'. He doesn't take pleasure in a sinner who dies in sin (Ez 33:11).
For this I think also that the actual co- labourer with God ought to see a potential friend in every enemy. Also, the greatest desire of God's workmanship should be to see the eventual reconciliation with every elsewhile enemy.
In other words, any believe who rejoices over the death of an 'enemy' cannot be said to be a Christian. And any believer who refuses to make effort at reconciling with those that are meanwhile considered enemy cannot be true Christians.
This period is supposed to be utilised to reconcile with those we are not in talking term with. That is the reason for the season.

The Bulldozer Adams!

Adams
The woe of the human race is traced, according to the Bible, to an Adam who allowed himself to be deceived by the Old Serpent called Satan. Today, the Adams of the APC is allowing himself to be used to truncate what remains of the party.
The Adams Oshiomhele I know is sagacious, brave, benevolent, but with some dictatorial tendencies. Many who focuses on his very good qualities may hardly see this other aspects of the former governor of Edo state.
Can any objective observer say that Adams Oshiomhele is being fair to the duo of governors Rochas Okorocha and Amosun of Imo and Ogun states respectively? No, he is not. Even if Rochas and Amosun desired to use their their cronies, who cares, as long as the electorates accept the candidates. What difference does it make to handover power to an in-law and a godson?
In America, for instance, Donald Trump appointed some of his family members into government, and that does not make him corrupt .
The truth, to me, is that Adams Oshiomhele hates the Like of Rochas and Amosun. If Oshiomhele does what he is doing in the interest of Nigeria, as he claims, he would have forbade Nasir El-rufai, the governor of Kaduna state from a Muslim-muslim tickets. That is a greater afront on Nigeria' ethno-religious mentality. But he cannot dare El-rufai.
It is quite painful to me that Rochas and Amosun are afraid of Buhari, reason why inspite of this injustice done them they still seem to stick to APC. Possibly, they have skeletons in their cupboards; or afraid of the possiblity of being rig out. Whichever hinged  their fears, I want them to behave like the men they are. They have sacrificed so much for APC. If Oshiomhele decides to treat them this way, so be it. They must take a decisive action. And that now.
Like I pointed out earlier, Oshiomhele is averse to 'great people'. He likes being seen as all in all. He did all he could to silence a known Benin foremost labour unionist because he must be the only living trade union legend.
Like the Biblical Adam, Adams Aliu Oshiomhele may eventually be the undertaker of the APC. The earlier the presidency act, the better.

Dr. Paul Enenche's Dome and the Judaic spirit- a reflection

Dr. Paul Enieche' Dome and The Judaic Spirit
In Bethany, the Bible records that a Mary poured a very costly ointment on Jesus to the chagrin of Judah who exclaimed: 'why was not this oitment sold for three hundred pence, and given to the poor?'' (Jn 12:1-6). John records that his statement was not because he  cared  for the poor, but because he was a thief (v 9)
This Judaic Spirit has become quite alarming. People hardly seen why good things should be given to God instead of the poor. Whereas in Ezra, people of God wept when they compared the glamour of Solomon's temple with the one just built. They cried because they knew God's house for glamour and beauty. But today people want God to be worshiped in shanties.
Besides how many of those who want money to be shared to the poor really bother about the poor? What have they done for the poor themselves?
Jesus told Judas, 'the poor you will always have among you". Do you know what that means?  If you leave your life for the poor, you will never have them enough. Who will ever tell you he/ she is rich when it comes to parting with a sum. That is why the Bible says, those who are poor, even what they have will be taken from them and given to the rich.
Lastly, no Christian is considered poor by God. That is why Christians are enjoined to give not to receive. Any Christian who lives his life on give me is not fulfilling his Christian calling.
Let's  appreciate those who make lots of personal sacrifice to see that God get the best

In Defence of Nigerian 'flaboyant' pastors

In defence of Nigeria pastors
There seems to be love lost between Nigerian pastors and the populace. Many are quite not happy with what is termed the flamboyant life style of the Nigerian pastors. There might be some laudable reason upon which this criticism is based but most of the reasons branded by some people lack veracity.
1) pastors build school that members cannot attend. Even schools built by government, meant for every body, still can't be afforded by many people.
2) while should pastors build schools? If Atiku is been lauded by people just because they think he has employed many people, why then should pastors not be praised for employing people through their capitalist projects!
3) Why should pastors use private jet? What is private jet to a soul? Do you know a soul is more important to God than the whole world?
4) pastors are over -rich. Tell me while they should not. How much do sinners spend on beer, women monthly? Why should a man who mentors one hundred successful men and women not be a rich man? How do pastor spend their money, anyhow? Has that occur to you?
The major problem with those critizing pastors is envy. The church and pastors deserve to be rich.
